Refunds
If any Product is found to be damaged, please contact us at support@teamblackstore.com with proper video proof and unboxing video. Without videos, no refunds will be given.
Order Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy
1. Refused Deliveries or Failed Deliveries
• If a parcel is refused at the time of delivery, or the customer is unable to accept the delivery due to any reason, resulting in the product being returned to us, the customer will be responsible for covering both the forward and return shipping charges.
• Team Black Store will not be held liable for any such situations.
2. Refund Process
• Refunds will only be processed once the returned product has been received at our facility.
• Both the forward and return shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount before processing for orders cancelled or refused by the customer.
3. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch
• If an order is canceled before it is dispatched, 10% of the total order amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
